Bad Bunny Rules
THE BUNNY BET GIVEAWAY
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Bunny Bet Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Coco Trading LLC d/b/a TKINK, 1612 Norristown Road, Ambler, PA 19002 (“Sponsor” or “TKINK”).
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Bad Bunny, his representatives, management, record label, social media platforms, or any other person or entity associated with him.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, owners, contractors and representatives of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Giveaway begins August 25, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends December 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”).
Sponsor's computer system is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.
4. How to Participate
During the Promotion Period, visit the TKINK Bunny Bet campaign page and select the TKINK Designer Rabbits T-Shirt variation you predict Bad Bunny would choose from the four options presented.
Submitting a prediction does not automatically enter a participant into the Giveaway.
To enter the Giveaway, after submitting a prediction:
- Enter a valid email address.
- Accept these Official Rules.
- Submit the Giveaway entry form.
Limit one (1) Giveaway entry per person and email address during the Promotion Period.
No purchase or payment is required.
5. The Bunny Bet
As part of the promotional campaign, TKINK intends to send four variations of the TKINK Designer Rabbits T-Shirt for potential delivery to Bad Bunny or his professional representatives.
Participants are invited to predict which variation Bad Bunny might choose or wear.
The Bunny Bet is a promotional prediction for entertainment purposes only. It is not gambling, wagering or a contest involving money or anything of value being risked by participants.
TKINK makes no representation or guarantee that the products will be received, acknowledged, selected, photographed, worn or otherwise used by Bad Bunny.
The campaign does not imply that Bad Bunny has agreed to participate in the promotion or has any relationship with TKINK.
6. Prediction Outcome
TKINK may follow and document the campaign through its website, social media channels, video content and other communications.
If, on or before December 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET, Sponsor identifies a reasonably verifiable publicly available photograph, video or other credible public documentation showing Bad Bunny wearing one of the four applicable TKINK Designer Rabbits T-Shirt variations, Sponsor may identify that variation as the successful Bunny Bet prediction.
Sponsor will have reasonable discretion to determine whether available evidence sufficiently verifies the appearance and applicable product variation.
If no such reasonably verifiable appearance is identified by the deadline, Sponsor may conclude the Bunny Bet without a successful prediction.
Correctly predicting the outcome of the Bunny Bet is not required to win the Giveaway.
7. Giveaway Entry and Marketing Consent Are Separate
Participation in the Giveaway does not require consent to receive marketing communications.
Entrants may separately and voluntarily choose to receive TKINK marketing emails, product announcements, campaign updates and other promotional communications.
Declining marketing communications will not affect an entrant's eligibility or chances of winning.
Entrants who voluntarily subscribe to marketing communications may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism contained in those communications.
Sponsor may still send communications reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway, including entry confirmation, potential-winner notification and information concerning the status or outcome of the Giveaway.
8. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
One (1) TKINK Designer Rabbits T-Shirt corresponding to the color/design variation selected by the winner when submitting their prediction.
The winner may select a size from the sizes reasonably available for the selected variation at the time of prize fulfillment.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize will be the regular retail price of the applicable TKINK Designer Rabbits T-Shirt at the beginning of the Promotion Period.
No cash redemption, transfer or substitution by the winner is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the selected variation or size becomes unavailable.
Sponsor will be responsible for standard delivery of the prize to an eligible winner within the United States.
9. Winner Selection and Odds
On or about December 16, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible Giveaway entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing includes all eligible entrants regardless of whether their Bunny Bet prediction was correct.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
10. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address submitted with the Giveaway entry.
The potential winner must respond to Sponsor's notification and provide any reasonably requested information necessary to verify eligibility and fulfill the prize.
Sponsor may establish a reasonable response deadline in the winner notification. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the stated period, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may disqualify that entrant and randomly select an alternate potential winner.
Sponsor anticipates publicly announcing the confirmed winner on or about December 18, 2026, although this date may change if additional time is necessary to verify a winner.
11. Prize Acceptance
The winner is responsible for providing accurate information necessary for prize fulfillment, including an appropriate shipping address and requested shirt size.
All federal, state and local taxes, if any, associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
12. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to identify the winner by first name, last initial, city and state in connection with announcing the Giveaway results without additional compensation.
Sponsor will not publish the winner's email address, street address or other unnecessary private contact information.
13. Entry Integrity and Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries or participants that Sponsor reasonably determines involve fraud, automated entry methods, bots, manipulation, multiple identities or email addresses used to circumvent entry limitations, interference with the operation of the promotion, false information, or violation of these Official Rules.
Attempts to deliberately damage the campaign website or interfere with the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may violate applicable laws.
14. Technical Issues
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or unsuccessful entries resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity, browser problems, email filtering, platform outages or other circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.
If the Giveaway cannot operate as reasonably intended because of fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention or another circumstance materially affecting the integrity or administration of the promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway and, if appropriate, select a winner from eligible entries received before the affected period.
15. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, maintain entry records, communicate with entrants regarding the Giveaway, verify and contact the winner, fulfill the prize, prevent abuse and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Marketing communications are governed by the entrant's separate marketing-consent selection.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with TKINK's Privacy Policy.
16. Bad Bunny Non-Affiliation
Bad Bunny is not a sponsor, administrator, promoter, partner, endorser or participant in this Giveaway.
Bad Bunny has not authorized, sponsored or endorsed the Bunny Bet campaign or TKINK merely because TKINK may send products to him or his representatives.
Any references to Bad Bunny, including speculation about whether he may receive, select, wear or be photographed wearing a TKINK product, are part of the campaign's independent promotional concept and should not be interpreted as an endorsement, sponsorship, collaboration or other commercial relationship.
If Bad Bunny or another person is publicly photographed or recorded wearing a TKINK product, the existence of such content alone does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.
17. Social Media and Third-Party Platforms
The Giveaway may be promoted through Instagram and other third-party platforms, but it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those platforms unless expressly stated otherwise.
Entrants release applicable social media platforms from responsibility relating to administration of the Giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, by participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, contractors and representatives from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession or use of the prize, except where such limitation or release is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
19. General Conditions
Sponsor's decisions concerning administration of the Giveaway, interpretation of these Official Rules, eligibility, verification and winner selection are final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
20. Governing Law and Disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from the Giveaway that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the applicable state or federal courts having jurisdiction in Pennsylvania, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Following confirmation of the winner, requests for winner information may be submitted to:
